Advantages of Silicon Slag
Alkaline reaction

Raw Material Preparation: High-quality quartz, coke, and wood chips are prepared and loaded into the electric arc furnace.
Melting and Reduction: The furnace is heated to extremely high temperatures, causing the raw materials to melt.A chemical reaction occurs where the carbon from the coke reduces the silicon dioxide to produce silicon metal and carbon dioxide gas.
