Recently, two types of critical casting materials manufactured by our company for a Congolese client have been successfully loaded and shipped by sea to the Port of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. The shipment primarily consists of 1-3mm silicon iron inoculants and high-magnesium spheroidizers. This collaboration not only demonstrates our company's efficient capabilities in global supply chain coordination but also marks another step forward in expanding our business presence in the African market.
The exported ferrosilicon inoculants feature uniform particle size and stable inoculation effects, effectively enhancing cast iron microstructure quality and improving mechanical properties. The high-magnesium spheroidizers play a critical role in ductile iron production, offering advantages such as stable reaction performance and high spheroidization rates. Both products were rigorously manufactured and inspected according to customer specifications, ensuring immediate usability upon arrival and meeting their production requirements.
